We provide a range of scenarios that require clients to analyse and apply principles of good team work and employ a systematic approach to task management.
Because of the difficulties of releasing staff from the workplace, our courses can fit into a single day. They can also stand alone or dovetail into your existing HR strategy and we are pleased to work with trainers from your organisation.
Although we will need to discuss your requirements and your staff's outdoor capabilities, courses usually take place on the Mendip Hills and involve Navigation and Radio Communication!

Our Team Building courses are based on the following philosophy:-
- By participating outside of the normal working environment, you remove many of the trappings and blockages that can hinder the learning experience and puts everyone on an equal footing
- Our scenarios are all practical and therefore by utilising the outdoor environment provide a unique opportunity for staff teams to work and learn together.
- The courses are based on the principle of experiential learning. Teams will complete a number of tasks that in order for them to succeed will require them to put into practice the elements of good teamwork.
- Learning should be fun.
- Learning will be safe.
- No one will be forced into an activity they feel uncomfortable with.
